Lightness of Being

Ik heb het een tijd lang een van de mooiste films gevonden die ik ooit had gezien. Maar deze collectie slaat eigenlijk alleen vanwege de titel op de film en heeft er verder niet echt veel mee van doen. Vandaar dat ik het 'The unbearable' er ook maar heb afgelaten. de lichtheid vanwege de kleuren, de vlinders, het bloemige, dat vond ik eigenlijk wel voldoende. Waarom ik dit een van mijn favorietjes vind? Ik denk omdat dit echt 'mijn kleuren' zijn. Ons hele huis heeft zo'n uitstraling en deze kleuren. Het is mijn nest, comfortabel maar niet te overheersend; de personen moeten de echte kleur brengen. De kleuren ondersteunen, maar wachten ook af. En iedereen die binnenkomt past bij mijn interieur.

(Eng.): For a long time I though this was the best movie I'd ever seen. This collection doesn't have to do a lot with the movie though, except for the half stolen title. I purposely left 'the unbearable' out, because I see nothing unbearable in this collection myself. This is already one of my favorites: that's got everything to do with the colors; these are the colors in our house. These colors support us while we're living, eating, sitting, talking. They're so beautiful and yet so neutral that they combine with whoever comes to visit us too. So I hope they will support your photo's as well. Let's hope so...

Booklets vol. 3

Om een heel rare reden staan deze booklets wat eerder in de shop bij SBG dan verwacht: ze zijn bezig vandaag met upgraden van het programma, dus wordt het vandaag wat lastiger om ertussen te komen. Affijn, ik zal er niet teveel woorden aan vuilmaken verder, de derde serie boeeklets spreekt voor zich. 4 nieuwe boekjes om als achtergrond of verkleind als elementje te gebruiken.

Nieuw in de SBG Studio/New in my SBG Studio

Sommige producten zijn zo gewild, dat mensen me vragen of zelfs soms smeken of ik er nog meer van wil maken. Dat is vooral zo met de producten uit de 'Eye Love You' reeks, die er altijd zijn ter ondersteuning van een foto of gehele layout. Meestal gaat het om een reeks foto randjes (ik kan het niet eens echt frames noemen eigenlijk) of een maskertje dat in Photoshop(CS) te gebruiken is. Dit keer gaat het om het 'framen' van de gehele pagina. Gebruik die mooie foto nou eens écht helemaal. Vergroot hem en trek hem over de hele bladzijde. Is het frame dat ik maakte te vol? Haal een gedeelte weg of maak de opacity (dichtheid) van hele laag minder. Je zult zien dat je ineens heel andere layouts kunt maken! Verrassend. (Eng.): Soms products are so wanted that people ask me, sometimes even beg me to make more like it. This is certainly happening with the products from the 'Eye Love You' range. This special range is to support your photo and/or total layout in the best way you could. Most of the time it's only about photo edges or smaller overlays, sometimes you can call it a frame. This time I made the overlays bigger: 12x12", so you can lay it over your total layout or enlarge your photo till it covers the whole page. You will see new possibllities in an instant by doing so! Surprisingly easy!

Winter Sports

Wekenlang heb ik me bezig gehouden met het veranderen - en in mijn ogen verbeteren - van deze al wat oudere wintersport collectie. De grootste en meest in het oog springende verandering daarbij is de toevoeging van edelweiss. Vanaf vandaag verkrijgbaar in mijn Studio @ ScrapbookGraphics. Hier

Nieuwe Spullen/New Stuff

Ik heb er een tijdje over gedaan, maar dít is pas verslavend zeg! Ook heel leuk om je eigen achtergrondje te maken d.m.v. de template die ik zowel in losse .png-files als in een pds-file voor PhotoshopCS heb gegoten. Plus de zes achtergronden met mijn eigen papieren die afkomstig zijn uit een heleboel verschillende kits/collecties. Zo komt iedereen aan zijn trekken. Ook leuk voor een heleboel fotootjes.
Quilting Queen is er voorlopig in twee uitvoeringen: 1 met zeshoeken en 1 met hartjes. Leuk voor je Valentijntje!

Verder nieuws: Ribbons & Wraps. Allerlei lintjes en bandjes die om foto's papiertjes of frames/lijstjes gezet kunnen worden. Altijd leuk om erbij te hebben.

(Eng.):It took a little time to make them, but boycan you get addicted to this! It's great to use the template with papers of your own choise, or do a template with a photo on all the hexagons or hearts! The template is also in the kit and has two types of files: one is a set of .png-files and the other is one psd-file for PhotoshopCS (or higher). Plus there are the six jpg-files with the backgrounds from various of my kits and collections.

Also new: Ribbons & Wraps. Always nice to have: a kit with several ribbons in several colors that can be used over your photo's, frames or even your whole layout!

Heavy Duty - Rough Industry Denim

Ik weet niet hoe het gekomen is, dat het zo lang duurde, maar ik heb deze kit een hele tijd geleden gemaakt en al vanaf oktober ofzo ben ik hem aan het veranderen. Het was dan ook wel een bere-klus, want er moesten nogal wat elementen realistischer gemaakt worden.

(Eng.): I don't know why it took me such a long time, but this is already a project of mine since last October. But finally I've made it ready and now it's in my Studio @ ScrapbookGraphics. Hope you like it!

Thelma or Louise - Mijn nieuwe CT leden!/My new CT members!

Eindelijk is het dan zover... en kan ik mijn vernieuwde, grotere CT aankondigen. Mensen, wat ben ik er trots op dat ze met me willen werken!

Ook wilde ik graag mijn nieuwe spulletjes laten zien. Thelma or Louise is ontstaan naar aanleiding van de keuze die ik moest maken tussen al die sterke vrouwen. Wie zou ik kiezen Thelma or Louise? Geen van beide. Maar goed, Thelma or Louise was een productnaam nog voor het product bestond. Bestaande uit een collectie van 1 paper pack, 1 add-ons pack (ook papers), 1 alfabet met grote en kleine letters plus cijfers en verschillende tekens.

Apart daarvan heb ik ook nog een aanvulling gemaakt op de Eye Love You producten. Deze heet: 'Eye Love you 5x7 photo overlays vol 2.

Alle producten zullen verkrijgbaar zijn in mijn Studio bij ScrapbookGraphics.

(Eng.): I also want to show you my new collection. The idea of the name 'Thelma or Louise' came directly from the choise I had to make between all those very talented, very strong women. So it was a productname already before the product was born. The collection contains a paper pack, an add-ons pack (also papers), an elements/overlays pack and a BIG alphabet to use over and over.

Apart from this collection I made a new product in the 'Eye Love You' line. "Eye Love You 5x7 photo overlays vol 2 will be also available at my Studio @ Scrapbookgraphics.
