Veranderingen - Changes

Ik had nooit kunnen bedenken dat ik maar zo verschrikkelijk kort bij 2Bscrapped zou zitten. Opeens was daar die melding dat de site zou gaan sluiten. Wat ik wel al wist, was dat er dingen gingen veranderen. Opeens werd ik gevraagd voor een andere site, The Daily Scrap. Dat leek me wel leuk, vooral omdat deze site erg veel bezoekers trekt. Ik was er al zo'n beetje op ingegaan om ergens deze maand te beginnen met voor drie sites tegelijk te ontwerpen, met voor elke site hun eigen designs, toen het bericht kwam dat 2Bscrapped definitief zou gaan stoppen. Ik weet dat alle spulletjes die ik er tot gisteren op had staan, niet zomaar verloren gaan, want sinds gisternacht staat alles gewoon in de shop van The Daily Scrap. En meer zelfs, doordat er ook mogelijkheden zijn om bijvoorbeeld kits samen te voegen en als pakket met korting te verkopen. Wat ook erg leuk is, is dat er een heleboel 'oude' bekenden, designers van 2B met mij mee zijn verhuisd. Dat wordt vast erg gezellig! Ik heb nooit een echt stukje geschreven om aan te kondigen dat ik ontwierp voor 2 B Scrapped. Het zat nog altijd in mijn hoofd daar wat woorden aan te wijden, maar het is er helaas nooit van gekomen. In plaats daarvan bedank ik Miriam dus maar. Dank je Miriam Lima, voor de korte, maar hartverwarmende tijd die ik als designer bij 2Bscrapped heb gehad. Ook wilde ik speciaal bedanken, Juli Fish voor haar grote inzet om het Creative Team vorm te geven en goed aan het werk te zetten en natuurlijk ook Amy Musgrave, die zich uitsloofde om zoveel mogelijk advertenties van onze producten te maken en aan te prijzen op de diverse sites. Amy blijft gelukkig een beetje bij mij, want ze wil graag zo af en toe wat CT dingetjes voor mij gaan doen.

(Eng:) Oh, my Gosh, do I have to translate all the above... well okay, I'll give it a shot, I O U. I never could have dreamed that I was going to design for 2Bscrapped for such a horrible short period! I new that things were going to be changed at 2B, but it came as a shock, when I heard that they were going to close the curtain definitive. About a week ago, I was asked to design for another site: The Daily Scrap. At that time I still had the illusion that I was going to design for three diffirent sites, so the Dutch site, 2Bscrapped and the Daily. But now that I know that 2B stops, I moved my stuff in the shop to the new home: the shop of The Daily. It'll be the same, somehow, same prices, same kits, but at The Daily I also have the possibility to make combinations of kits and offer them together if I want. It's great to see that there are some 'old' collegues of me from 2B who are going to design for The Daily as well! I never had the chance to write a lot about 2Bscrapped on this blog. Time was too short for that and I was always busy learning new things about all kinds of programs they usedf and all kinds of forms to fill out. So now that it's too late for that, Instead would like to thank Miriam Lima for the heart-warming time I've experienced in the short time I designed for 2B! Also special thanks to Juli Fish. Thanks to her we had a fantastic Creative Team and a system that worked! And last but not least I want to thank Amy Musgrave, who's not only a great marketeer, but also a good friend! I hope Amy stays a little longer with me, because she does all these great CT things for me.
